We have Body scans at the start and end of Fight Camp.

 

We train beginners who have never boxed before and train them for the experience of a lifetime!. We also train people with Boxing experience that are looking to sharpen their skills.

 

Step out of your comfort zone, gain massive mental health benefits and kick stress and anxiety into touch.

 

Our Authentic Boxing Trainers will teach you valuable Boxing skills throughout the eight week programme. These skills will serve you in the ring.
