With a background in Fitness, Boxing, Nutrition, and Wellbeing—and as a certified Mental Health First Aider

- Gary supports both physical and mental health through thoughtful, effective coaching.

He’s committed to helping others overcome challenges, build self-belief, and take consistent steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Gary believes wellness should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and that every step forward, no matter how small, is worth celebrating.

Meet Martin - a Product Leader at a Global Insurer with a degree in Psychology and a lifelong passion for fitness and mental wellbeing.

He trains across Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu, competes in triathlons, and believes true strength comes from building both the body and mind

Martin is helping to launch Mind to Motion, combining the power of Boxing and Open conversation around mental health, to create real, lasting change

Meet Emma - our BACP - registered Counsellor with over seven years of extensive experience in the field. She is deeply passionate about helping others and create lasting positive change

Alongside her work with us, Emma also runs her own successful practice, Inner Shift Therapy
