With a background in Fitness, Boxing, Nutrition, and Wellbeing—and as a certified Mental Health First Aider
- Gary supports both physical and mental health through thoughtful, effective coaching.
He’s committed to helping others overcome challenges, build self-belief, and take consistent steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Gary believes wellness should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and that every step forward, no matter how small, is worth celebrating.

He trains across Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu, competes in triathlons, and believes true strength comes from building both the body and mind
