Gary Hanley

Founder

 A passionate advocate for men's wellbeing, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle change, Gary brings a grounded, supportive approach to everything he does. With a focus on helping people move with purpose, build healthier habits, and feel stronger—both physically and mentally—he meets individuals where they are and walks alongside them at their pace.

Drawing from his background in Amateur Boxing, Fitness Nutrition, and Mental Health First Aid, Gary bridges the gap between physical movement and emotional wellbeing. His coaching is practical, thoughtful, and tailored to the real challenges people face.

Gary is especially committed to supporting those who’ve felt stuck, overlooked, or worn down by life’s demands. He helps clients rebuild self-belief, develop consistent routines, and take manageable steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

He believes wellbeing should feel empowering—not overwhelming, and that every small win deserves recognition.
