In this boxing workout, trainers will teach you boxing techniques that STRENGTHEN your whole body, INCREASE your endurance, build muscle and BOOST your confidence. Combined with cardio and toning exercises, this boxing workout produces UNBELIEVABLE results.

EXHILARATING and THRILLING! - as you move from floor to bag and bag to floor and there’s AMPLE opportunity for you to BREAK OUT into a little dance if you are “feeling” the music. A meditative, SWEAT-DRIPPING, 45-minute group workout that combines boxing technique, heavy bag and ALL body conditioning.

BOXING NRG

Combining all of your FAVOURITE boxing combos on punch bag and pads in this ALL ACTION class. If you are only going to do one class this week, THIS IS IT! 

We will BREAKDOWN easy-to-follow boxing techniques for all levels to follow and have you MOVING and LOOKING like a Boxer in no time!

VICTORY-WOMEN'S BOXING

All Levels • Duration: 45 mins

Boxing for all levels! Our coaches guide you through our signature sequences which are the perfect combination of sweat, skill and fun that HIITS to your favorite playlist!  The perfect workout to burn calories and boost confidence.

YOUTH, GIRLS & KIDS BOXING

Ages 6-12 years old • Duration: 45 mins

Kids and Teens will learn the fundamentals of boxing in our signature class that includes the correct Boxing stance, head movement, guard, defence and punching combinations, as well as providing a work out to improve their fitness. The class will consist of Shadow Boxing, Skipping, Boxing Footwork, Bag work, Pad work, along with  strength, cardio and  core exercises.

8 WEEK FIGHT CAMP
